When you type a name, location, or other query into a search box, the request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Barry County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.

If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the information needed to read and answer the message. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
